Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Several reports by print and online media (ORF: https://orf.at/stories/3208418/; Deutsche Welle: https://www.dw.com/de/berlin-schweigt-zu... FAZ: https://www.faz.net/aktuell/politik/ausl...) refer to a "Vereinbarung der Protokollchefs der Institutionen" with regard to the issue of how the EU's presidents (of the Commission and of the European Council) shall be ranked when jointly acting vis-à-vis third countries or international organisations.

I have searched for this "Vereinbarung" ("accord", "agreement") on the European Commission's Website of its Protocol Service (https://ec.europa.eu/dgs/secretariat_gen...) as well as the Council's documents website and EURLEX. However, I do not find such a document.

May I ask you to send me a copy of the agreement?
