Dear International Partnerships,

I am pleased to hear that my confirmatory application to my request (EASE 2023/0839) remains open. In this case, however, I would like to emphasize that a reply to my confirmatory application is long overdue. I have to date not even received any confirmation of receipt of the confirmatory application to the best of my knowledge.

There seem to be persistent difficulties in communication regarding this request, as I have already not received several responses that International Partnerships claim to have sent. I am unsure of the reasons for this or whether you have perhaps registered faulty contact information regarding this request. I kindly therefore request that any further correspondence be sent solely to my university e-mail address: [email address]

If you believe you have sent any response to my confirmatory application regarding case EASE 2023/0839 since August 8th, even a simple confirmation of receipt, I request that you also forward these responses to the e-mail address above.

If the confirmatory application is indeed still under consideration then I retract the request for the new consideration of release of the documents already considered under this application.

In this case, consider this a new request concerning only any new documents that may have been issued since the previous request was filed (this concerns in particular narrative reports or any reports and correspondence on progress made in the project).

Yours faithfully,

Kelly Bescherer
