Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings of DG Climate Action officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and stakeholders, including trade unions, civil society groups, as well as representatives of individual companies, industry associations, law firms, public consultancies and think tanks in which climate-smart agriculture" and/or the Global Alliance on Climate Smart Agriculture was discussed (between 01 January 2014 and today);

2) minutes and other reports of these meetings;

3) all correspondence (including emails, reports) between DG Climate Action officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and stakeholders, including trade unions, civil society groups, as well as representatives of individual companies, industry associations, law firms, public consultancies as well as think tanks regarding "climate-smart agriculture" and/or the Global Alliance on Climate Smart Agriculture (between 01 January 2014 and today).

Dear Mrs Holland,

 

We refer to your emails dated 19^th August and 11^th September 2015
 following which we registered your application for access to documents on
the 17^th September 2015 under the reference GestDem 2015/4922.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

 

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the relevant
documents to your request, a large quantity of files is being examined.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 29^th October
2015.
