Co-financing very small entreprises
Dear members of the Research and Innovation (RTD) unit,
Under the right of access to documents as enshrined in Article 15 on the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU and Article 42 of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, and as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I kindly request the key 3-5 documents which would contain the following information and help me resolve described difficulties:
1) access to RTD co-financing by very small entreprises joining calls for proposals
2) access to RTD co-financing by individuals joining calls for proposals
3) simplified procedures for very small entreprises joining calls for proposals
4) simplified procedures for individuals joining calls for proposals
5) re-sending existing copies of some of (my +/-250) original email questions unanswered by the EC (during the period 1995 - 2010).

In respect of your question under point 5), we are unaware of the existence of +/- 250 unanswered emails sent by you to the Commission. In any case, we assume that this part of your request is not based on the right of public access under Regulation 1049/2001 as it concerns documents originating from you. Therefore we would kindly ask you to be more precise and supply us with further information regarding this part of your request.
