Dear Council of the European Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:

From August 2023 to date:

- Complete mission reports and/or any other documents produced before/during/after the CoE Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) visit to the Mavrovouni migrant facility on Lesbos island on 27-28 November 2023 and the Zervou migrant facility on Samos island in 29-30 November 2023.

-Any related communications between CoE Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) representatives and the Greek authorities before/during/after the November 2023 visits to the Lesbos and Samos facilities
