Dear Secretariat General,

On 15 December 2011, the European Parliament adopted its first reading position on the Commission's proposal to revise Regulation 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents. On the same day, the European Commission adopted its position on the Parliament's proposed amendments, which was a partial agreement. I would like to request a copy of that Commission position, as well as copies of similar documents that may have been produced subsequently.
