Commission written response to PEGA Recommendation

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents which contain the following information:
- the European Commission's written reply to the European Parliament recommendation of 15 June 2023 to the Council and the Commission following the investigation of alleged contraventions and maladministration in the application of Union law in relation to the use of Pegasus and equivalent surveillance spyware (2023/2500(RSP))
