Further to the documents already received, I am requesting copies of all new applications made under the Code of Conduct for Commissioners by former Commissioner Catherine Ashton which were authorised by the Commission in its meeting of 16 September 2015, namely for her unpaid activities at Yale and at Inter Mediate.
