Dear Secretariat General (SG),

I am writing to follow-up on my previous request with more specific details of some of the documents I would like access to, the numbers of which I have been able to find thanks to EC press releases and the register of documents. These include (but are not limited to):
- SEC(2014) 610
- PV(2014)2105/1 (minutes of meeting on 12/11/14)
- PV(2014)2106/1 (minutes of meeting on 19/11/14)
- And the minutes of the meeting on 25 November 2014, at which the Decisions on transparency around meetings with lobbyists were adopted.

Please note that my earlier request remains valid, this is just an attempt to be more precise with some parts of the request.

Many thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr. Martin Krüger,

There seems to be an error with this request (GestDem 2014/5446), as I have not filed a confirmatory application. Would you please be so kind as to check through your records and to clarify the situation?

Many thanks in advance.

Dear Ms Bartlett Quintanilla,

Thank you for pointing out that the extension letter refers to your
"confirmatory" application in paragraph 2.
We apologise for this mistake.

Instead of "Your confirmatory application", the text should read "your
initial application".

Thank you again for pointing this out to us.

Best regards,
