To DG FISMA, concerning GESTDEM 2018/1262
Dear sir or madam.
Thank you for letter concerning GESTDEM 2018/1262. In the letter I am notified I have been granted partial access to 60 documents. As is the standard, I am informed that I shall have to file a confirmatory application within 15 working days upon receipt of the letter.
This is just to point out, that since you have sent the actual documents by regular mail, there will be a time difference between receiving the letter and receiving the actual documents. For that, it may be difficult or even impossible to file a confirmatory application - should I deem that necessary - within the time frame.
Surely I should be granted 15 working days time span upon receiving the documents?
It may not be necessary at all, but regular mail can be slow.
Yours faithfully,
Kenneth Haar
Dear Mr Haar,
Your interpretation is fine. 15 working days after receiving the documents by regular mail.
Yours sincerely,
