Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I am seeking any documents related to meetings that may have taken place between Commission President Ursula von der Leyen or members of her cabinet and MEP Hilde Vautmans (RenewMEP), chair of the MEP Horse Group, between September 2022 and September 2024 (inclusive), in which the topic of wolf protection was discussed.

I request access to all relevant communications and documentation, including but not limited to email correspondence, letters, meeting agendas, preparatory notes, minutes, and reports.

Dear applicant,

 

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
