Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents and correspondence which contain the following information:

1) All notes, detailed minutes (also hand written), verbatim reports or transcripts, of all meetings at which Björn Seibert was present, where the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) was discussed, between 13 September 2022 and 3 December 2024.

2) All of Björn Seibert's communication and correspondence (including e-mails, Whatsapp and sms-messages) in which the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) was mentioned between 13 September 2022 and 3 December 2024.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
