Climate Action did not have the information requested.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Any study, impact assessment, forecast, paper or other document - commissioned or authored by any part of the European Commission, mentioning or concerning the ratification of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between September 2019 and the 20th of May 2022.

- a list of meetings including detailed minutes and any other reports of such meetings between DG CLIMA officials (including the Commissioner and his Cabinet members) mentioning or concerning the ratification of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between September 2019 and the 20th of May 2022.

- All correspondence (including emails) by DG CLIMA officials (including the Commissioner and his Cabinet members) sent to or received, mentioning or concerning the ratification of the EU-Canada Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between September 2019 and the 20th of May 2022.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

We refer to your request for access to documents of 20 May 2022,

position to complete the handling of your application within the time
