Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All notes, detailed minutes (also hand written), verbatim reports or transcripts, of meetings between DG COMP officials (including the Commissioner and Cabinet members) and (representatives of) Mario Draghi between 1st September 2023 and 9th of September 2024.

1) All incoming or outgoing correspondence (including e-mails and sms-messages) between DG COMP officials (including the Commissioner and Cabinet members), and (representatives of) Mario Draghi between 1st September 2023 and 9th of September 2024.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
