Dear Ms van Schagen,
Thanks for your email of 17/02 notifying me of your need to extend the deadline by two weeks. As we are soon nearing three weeks after that message, I wanted to check in on the status of my request.
By law, under all circumstances, you, as in the authority, should have responded by now.
Can I expect an answer by next week? Otherwise, any information or approximation about when I can expect to receive a reply would be great.
With thanks and warm greetings,
Gabriela Galindo
Dear ms Galindo,
We apologize for the delay. The documents have been assessed. We expect to
provide you with the decision by the end of the coming week.
Kind regards,
Yasmin Ahmadi
