Dear ECB staff,
thank you for sending through the first part of your response to my access to documents request on 27 February (Reference number: LS/PS/2026/10).
I was wondering whether you could give me an overview of what is still missing and when you expect to send the rest of the documents. I know that this is sometimes difficult and I do not want to increase your workload further. But I have less than a month left for my research on the issue and would like to consider my next steps.
Thank you for your understanding and best regards,
Pia Eberhardt
Dear Ms Eberhardt,
Thank you for your email of 9 March inquiring about the status of your document request and a potential timeline for disclosure.
We would like to inform you that the document identification process with owning ECB business areas is still ongoing. We can anticipate that to date, the identification has resulted primarily in communications of administrative nature (e.g., speaker invitations, event invitations, letters of thanks, letter of continued collaboration or networking thank-you letters or e-mails and general correspondence), which will also be included in the second batch.
Given the very broad scope of your request, this process involves substantial coordination across multiple ECB departments and is still ongoing. Therefore, we are not in a position to provide a complete overview of the documents not yet identified or a definitive timeline for final disclosure at this stage.
Should you need any further clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us at: [Emailadresse]
