The EU Taxonomy Regulation: Discussions, feedback, or positions related to the implementation, interpretation, or potential future developments of the EU Taxonomy, including its delegated acts concerning climate change mitigation and adaptation, and the Complementary Climate Delegated Act.

Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD): Communications concerning Nordea's views, challenges, or input on the implementation of the CSRD, the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), or their implications for the financial sector.

Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR): Exchange of views, questions, or clarifications regarding the application, interpretation, or potential revisions of the SFDR, particularly concerning product classifications (Article 8 and 9) and principal adverse impacts (PAI).
