Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all emails and documents (memos, advices, concept notes, meetings notes, etc.) which have been exchanged inside DG Trade on the WTO compatibility of the EU-US trade deal since 1st March 2025 until today.
