Communications on Implementation dialogue – data policy
Dear Communications Networks, Content and Technology,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all correspondence (including emails, email attachments, and meeting notes or documents) related to the implementation dialogue on data policy that took place Tuesday 1 July 2025, 08:00 - 10:00 sent either before or after the meeting took place.

This is not correct. I did reply to your proposal for a fair solution, sent on 17 september 2025, on the same day.

In my response, I proposed as a solution to focus on the communications with six organisations: Association pour l’intermédiation de données (AID); Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs (BEUC); DataSpace Europe Oy Dawex Systems SAS (DAWEX); European DIGITAL SME Alliance aisbl (DIGITAL SME); Mistral AI SAS (Mistral); Tilde SIA (TILDE).
I note that in your reply, exchanges with two of the six organisations I had requested were included (DIGITAL SME and TILDE).
I would, however, like to receive the communications with the other four organisations (Association pour l’intermédiation de données (AID); Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs (BEUC); DataSpace Europe Oy Dawex Systems SAS (DAWEX); and Mistral AI SAS (Mistral).
