Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any communications exchanged between the Secretariat of the Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) and third parties between now and Jan. 1, 2022, related to the STOA study on better access to medicines in the EU, which is described in this link: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/stoa/en/h...

For the purpose of this request, please exclude communications between the STOA Secretariat and the researchers who wrote the study, as well as communications with MEPs who are on the Panel.

Do include any communications between the STOA Secretariat and private businesses, pharmaceutical companies, or non-governmental organizations. This includes both any emails, written letters, text messages, or other forms of communication on this topic

The time limit for responding to your application for public access to
documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, as registered on Nov 3,
2023, expires on Nov 24, 2023.

However, due to the number of files concerned by your application, our
consultations are taking more time than expected, so that Parliament must
exceptionally extend the time limit provided by Article 7(1) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days in accordance with Article
