Communications with the wine and beer sector about the Beating Cancer Plan
Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. External Communications
All documents (including emails, meeting minutes, text messages, briefings, or preparatory notes) containing communication between officials of DG AGRI and representatives of wine, beer, and liquor producers, in which the European Commission’s Beating Cancer Plan (or any actions related to it) was discussed or mentioned.
Possible organizations/companies include, but are not limited to:
Comité Européen des Entreprises Vins (CEEV), The Brewers of Europe, spiritsEUROPE, Heineken, AB InBev, COPA-COGECA and FoodDrinkEurope.
2. Inter-institutional Communications
All documents (including emails, meeting minutes, memos, or briefings) containing communication between officials of DG AGRI and officials of DG SANTE, other Directorates-General, or the Secretariat-General, regarding the alcohol-related provisions of the European Commission’s Beating Cancer Plan.
Timeframe: 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.

Hello,
