Dear Central Library,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the
study mentioned in the Code of Conduct Report 1999.
Paragraph 26, page 10, of the Code of Conduct Report (23.11.1999, SN 4901/99) reads as follows:
“The Commission appointed consultants to undertake a comparative study across Member States of administrative practices in taxation. Member States presented a number of comments on that study."
