Competition EUIPO/AD/01/23 - Exchanges between EUIPO and EPSO

We're waiting for Anna Károlyi to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear European Personnel Selection Office,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. All correspondence, since 14/09/2023 to this day, between EUIPO and EPSO regarding the re-testing of candidates.

2. All EPSO internal documents, since 14/09/2023 to this day, including but not limited to, minutes of management board meetings and legal analyses & opinion pertaining to competition EUIPO/AD/01/23, and the possible re-testing or cancellation of the competition.

3. Any documents, by the EU Commission's Legal Service, addressed to EPSO, pertaining to competition EUIPO/AD/01/23, and the possible re-testing or cancellation of the competition.

EASE 2025/2210.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services, which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 10/06/2025.
