Dear Council of the European Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Dear TRANSPARENCY Access to documents (COMM),
Thank you for the response. As a result of your point, highlighting the fact that no attendance lists are produced for Council preparatory bodies 'unless' delegates register for meetings individually to claim expenses, I would like to ask for access to any attendance lists for any of the aforementioned meeting dates, which had been produced as a result of delegates having registered individually for meetings.
I believe such information would have come under the scope of my original request, and I am therefore asking for an internal review.

Dear Mr Stolton,
Thank you for your request for access to documents of the Council of the
European Union.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that pursuant to article
7(2) of Regulation 1049/2001 a confirmatory application (or an "internal
review" as you put it in your message below) may be submitted , where
access to a document has been refused totally or in part at the initial
stage. However, we have not refused access to any document, we only
explained that we did not hold "lists of participants" in working party
meetings.
In light of our reply to your previous request, you are now requesting «
access to any attendance lists for any of the aforementioned meeting dates
», in particular those of delegates having registered for meetings
individually to claim expenses. We consider this as a new initial request.
We have registered your request under the reference number 21/1695 We will
examine it on the basis of the applicable rules: Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding public
access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145,
31.5.2001, p. 43) and the specific provisions concerning public access to
Council documents set out in Annex II to the Council's Rules of Procedure
(Council Decision No 2009/937/EU, OJ L 325, 11.12.2009, p. 35).
