2. Please send me the minutes and Commission briefings of the meeting between Uber representatives and Commissioner Bienkowska and Mr. Fabrice Comptour (CAB) on 22 January 2015.

Yours faithfully,
Moritz Neujeffski

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

This is a very strong extension of the original 14-day time period. I requested the documents more than two months ago and the new deadline is now more than four months past my initial request.

Yours faithfully,

Moritz Neujeffski

GROW-ACCES-DOCUMENTS@ec.europa.eu,

Dear Sir,

We refer to your request for access to documents, registered on under the
above mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 21/06/2023.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,

DG GROW ATD Team
