Consultant contract work at DG ENER
Dear DG ENER,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
- All documents containing evidence of work after January 1st 2020 performed by the following third-party for DG ENER:
a) Frontier Economics (including subsidiaries)
In particular, I am requesting:
- Contracts and ToRs signed between DG ENER and the above-mentioned third-parties in relation to the Framework Service Contracts "ENER/2023/OP/0053" and “ENER/2020/OP/0014”. Please ensure that the documents provided contain an exact list of services performed or to be performed as part of the framework contract by the above-mentioned third-parties.
- List of project deliverables specific to the above-mentioned third-parties
- Studies/reports/analysis/impact assessments performed by the above-mentioned third-parties on behalf of DG ENER
I am also requesting documents falling into the description that may however not be related to ENER/2020/OP/0014 or ENER/2023/OP/0053 framework contracts. I am only interested in documents produced from January 1st 2020 onwards.
In general, I am interested in all documents containing evidence of work performed by Frontier Economics for DG ENER, between 2020 and today.
Should too many documents fall into the scope of my request, please provide me with a list of identified documents and I will identify and let you know those that I am interested in.
I am giving consent to disclose my affiliation (ARIA - www.aria.info) should it be requested by the third-parties concerned.
Yours faithfully,
Cécile Marchand
