Consultant tenders - HADEA
Dear European Health and Digital Executive Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
With regards to the following tenders awarded by HADEA:
1) SI2.896480.1 - "MARKET RESEARCH AND MAPPING OF INNOVATIVE DIAGNOSTIC AND TESTING SOLUTIONS"
2) SI2.868242.1 - "FLEXIBLE EU MANUFACTURING AND INNOVATION OF MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES..."
3) SI2.867281.2 - "AMR MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES STOCKPILING"
I am requesting:
- Any Terms of Reference signed by contractors as part of the above-mentioned tender;
- Any study, report, analysis and document prepared by the contractors as part of the above-mentioned tenders;
- Notes and/or minutes of any meeting between the contractors and HADEA, in relation to the above-mentioned project;
- Correspondence in relation to the above-mentioned projects between HADEA and the contractors
- List of subcontractors involved in the above-mentioned projects.
- Any document containing a full list of the above-mentioned project deliverables
- Conflict of interests assessments and/or declarations performed and/or submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors as part of the above-mentioned projects.

We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request, as your application concerns a very large number of
documents.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, we
need to extend the time limit by 15 additional working days. The new time
limit, taking into account the Easter holidays, expires on 25 April .
