Consultant work at DG MOVE
Dear DG MOVE,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
- All documents containing evidence of work performed by the following third-party for DG MOVE.
a) Guidehouse (including subsidiaries)
In particular, I am requesting:
- Contracts and ToRs signed between DG MOVE and the above-mentioned third-parties in relation to the Tender "SI2.902244.1". Please ensure that the documents provided contain an exact list of services performed or to be performed as part of the framework contract by the above-mentioned third-parties.
- List of project deliverables specific to the above-mentioned third-parties
- Studies/reports/analysis/impact assessments performed by the above-mentioned third-parties on behalf of DG MOVE
I am also requesting documents falling into such description that may however not be related to contracts awarded out of the SI2.902244.1 tender. I am only interested in documents from 2020 onwards.
In general, I am interested in all documents containing evidence of work performed by Guidehouse for DG MOVE, between January 1st 2020 and today.
Should too many documents fall into the scope of my request, please provide me with a list of identified documents and I will identify and let you know those that I am interested in.
I am giving consent to disclose my affiliation (ARIA - www.aria.info) should it be requested by the third-parties concerned.
Yours faithfully,
Alessandro Runci

Dear Mr. Runci,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 15/04/2025 under case number 2025/2113.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 13/05/2025, as to retrieve the documents
requested, large files have to be examined and part of the documents

Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 04/06/2025.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kind regards,
