Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:

- All documents containing evidence of work performed after January 1st 2020 by the following third-party for DG CLIMA.
a) McKinsey & Company (including subsidiaries such as Orphoz)

In particular, I am requesting:
- Contracts and ToRs signed between DG CLIMA and the above-mentioned third-parties. Please ensure that the documents provided contain an exact list of services performed or to be performed as part of the framework contract by the above-mentioned third-parties.
- List of project deliverables specific to the above-mentioned third-parties
- Studies/reports/analysis/impact assessments performed by the above-mentioned third-parties on behalf of DG CLIMA

In general, I am interested in all documents containing evidence of work performed by McKinsey for DG CLIMA, between 2020 and today.

Should too many documents fall into the scope of my request, please provide me with a list of identified documents and I will identify and let you know those that I am interested in.

Hello,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 07/04/2025 under case number 2025/1941.
