Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1. Public consultation on the possible revision of the Tobacco
Products Directive 2001/37/EC
2. Public consultation on the SCENIHR pre-consultation opinion on
the Addictiveness and Attractiveness of Tobacco Additives
