I hope this email finds you well.
I am contacting you because at ECFR we are in the middle of a project that
aims to highlight the importance and need for an EU external tech strategy.
We are preparing a paper that underlines the importance for the EU to offer
to other countries and allies a comprehensive package with instruments and
resources related to tech. For this, ECFR's tech compact work would highly
benefit from your input on the matter. I was wondering whether you might
be available for a virtual meeting with ECFR’s colleagues to further discuss
the project on tech diplomacy?
