Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents from Commissioner Olli Rehn, his cabinet, and staff of DG ECFIN, which contain the following information:
- any reference to or documentation on all types of contracts, public and not public, that the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) as a whole and/or one or more persons working within or with it, have concluded with any of the following consultancy firms: Alvarez and Marsal, BlackRock, Oliver Wyman, Pimco, European Resolution Capital Partners, Roland Berger, AT Kearney, Lazard Frères and Vitale Novello & Co, in the period from 2 February 2012 until the present day.
- any report from any of the above mentioned consultancy firms written at the request of the ESM or persons working within or with it, in the period from 2 February 2012 until the present day.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.
An extended time limit is needed as your application requires extensive searches in our files and consultation of different services.
