Contacts for EU schools
Dear Education and Culture,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Please could I have a copy of the email addresses of all the Heads of Science (or science teachers) at secondary and sixth form educational establishments (or establishments for students ages 11 to 18) within the EU. I am also interested in contact details for International Baccalaureate schools.
Where specific email addresses are not available, please can you provide a direct contact for the Head Teacher/Principal at the school -- and in the event this is not available, could you provide a working, direct email to the school itself?
Yours faithfully,
Sian Dukakis

Dear Education and Culture,
The response to my initial request has been delayed and as per the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour set out by your acknowledgment and by law, the authority should normally have responded promptly. Please can you provide an answer to the original request dated April 27, 2016. Many thanks for your help.

Dear Ms Dukakis,
Thank you for your request for information received on 26 April 2016.
You asked for a copy of all the Heads of Science (or science teachers) at
secondary and sixth form educational establishments (or establishments for
students ages 11 to 18) within the EU; contact details for International
Baccalaureate schools; and, where specific email addresses are not
available, a direct contact for the Head Teacher/Principal at the school
or a working, direct email to the school itself.
We do not hold this information in a central European database and you
should contact the ministries or education agencies of EU countries
directly. We understand that you have already done this for the UK and
have received a positive reply from them [ref.
[6]https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l....
We trust that you have also taken this approach with other countries as a
suitable course of action.
You do not state why you wish to have this information but we assume that
you are intending to undertake some project work or research. Therefore,
in addition, we suggest contacting independent European organisations
working in the field of Science Education who may be able to assist
through their networks. An example is the European Science Education
Research Association. You will find information about them and their
contact details at: [7]http://www.esera.org/.
We hope that this is useful to you in your work.
Kind regards,
