We're waiting for Ronja Heise to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Climate Action,

In addition to the request already placed with you and referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note 1), I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:

- All correspondence (including e-mails) with and from the Commissioner for Climate and/or officials and representatives of the DG

- A list of all meetings and minutes of these

concerning the issue of the fertiliser industry and climate policies since January 2000

Please consider especially all correspondence ans meetings between the Commissioner for Climate and/or representatives of the DG with actors of fertiliser producers and interest groups with links to the fertiliser industry such as:

- on the topic of Greenhouse Emission trading (for the time frame January 2000 till June 2015)
and/or
- the issue of the fertiliser industry and natural gas import and production and/or unconventional gas exploitation (from January 2000 till June 2015)
and/or
- the issue of the 2030 Eu climate and energy framework (from January 2013 till now (June 2017))

concerning the issue of the EU Emission trading System and/or natural gas import and production and/or unconventional gas exploitation and/or the 2030 Eu climate and energy framework from December 2014 till now (June 2017).

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6. I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
