Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to all documents relating to the TFA (Trifluoroacetic acid) Task Force which is an industry lobby group. In particular I would like:
1. A list of all meetings/ discussions held since 1 January 2024 between officials and or Commissioners with the TFA (Trifluoroacetic acid) Task Force.
2. Any records, minutes, preparatory briefings, or other notes of these meetings/discussions, including correspondence which set-up, or was follow-up to, these meetings. With regard to the meetings, I would like full minutes, and not just the limited meeting reports which the Commission has published on line since 1 January 2025.
3. All correspondence since 1 January 2024, with the TFA (Trifluoroacetic acid) Task Force, as exchanged between officials and or Commissioners.
4. A list of all studies, research, or assessments supplied by the TFA (Trifluoroacetic acid) Task Force to the Commission, and copies of these studies.
Please note that I am tabling the same request to the Secretariat-General, Grow, Environment, Sante, and Agri.
I look forward to receiving the respective documents accordingly.
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Vicky Cann
