Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any document concerning the contract awarded for the project "IMPROVING ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE DATA AVAILABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY CORPORATE REPORTING" (from now on "the Project), won by McKinsey & Company (the Contractor).
Budget reference: JAD.1344021.1

In particular, I'm requesting all documents containing details about the type of work that is being perfomed by the Contractor as part of the Project (Terms of reference or similar).

Additionally, I'm requesting documents containing (concerning said Project):

- Conflict of interest assessment performed by the European Union in relation to said contractor;
- Declaration on Conflict of interest submitted by said contractor to the European Union;
- All correspondence, including attachments (i.e. any emails, mail correspondence or telephone call notes) between the DG REFORM and the contractor;
- All reports and studies (including drafts) prepared by the contractor;
- Minutes and/or notes of any meeting between the Contractor and DG REFORM;
- List of other contractors and/or subcontractors involved in the Project.
