Contract details on bike sharing

Details of the contract awarded to Moby for the provision of bike sharing services at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, including the costs paid, length of contracts and other requirements laid out in the contract.

1049/2001, please be informed that details of the contract awarded by the
European Parliament to Moby for the provision of bike sharing services in
Strasbourg are available on the EU Tenders website: [2]here you can find
details on the number of bicycles provided, the value of the contract and
its length, as well as [3]here, where you can also find the template for
the contract, [4]here.
In particular, please find below the maximum amounts to be paid, including
full service:
- Lot 1 (135 classical bikes) 195.000 EUR without VAT;
- Lot 2 (45 electric bikes) 201.800 EUR without VAT.
The clauses of the contract include prolongation options up to 7 years of
lease and deductibles in case of theft, but excluding the option of
third-party liability insurance.
On this basis, Parliament considers your application as handled and the
file closed.
