     Dear Energy,

     Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
     developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which
     contain the following information:

     -The position papers (contributions) sent by the Industries
     (Private Sector) which participated in the consultation process on
     the green paper "A European Strategy for Sustainable, Competitive
     and Secure Energy" which was held from 24 March 2006 until 24
     September 2006.

     The list of the industries which participated in this consultation
     can be found in the Annex 3 of the Commission Staff Working
     Document SEC(2006) 1500/16.11.2006.
