Corporate contact regarding the UPF study in COM(2025) 75 final
Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to documents concerning the preparation of the study on ultra-processed foods announced in the Commission's Communication:
->A list of all meetings and discussions held since 19 February 2025 between Commission officials and third-party entities—including private companies, trade associations, public affairs consultancies, and think tanks—where this UPF study was discussed.
->Any records, minutes and other notes of these meetings/discussions.
->All correspondence (including emails, letters and position papers) exchanged since 19 February 2025 between Commission officials and third-party entities, where said entities requested information, sought clarification, submitted queries, or provided unsolicited feedback and technical input regarding this UPF study.
