2) A list of meetings between DG Trade officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives from the Energy Charter Treaty secretariat or the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty.
3) Minutes, agendas for, and other reports of these meetings.

I would like to narrow my request down to only include
1) A list of all DG Trade's correspondence (including e-mail) with, and documents from, representatives from the Energy Charter Secretariat and the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty. I would like the list to include:
- name, employer and position of sender
- names, employers and positions of all recipients
- date and topic of the correspondence
2) A list of meetings between DG Trade officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives from the Energy Charter Treaty secretariat or the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty. I would like the list to include:
- date of the meeting
- topic of the meeting
- name, employer and position of all attendees of the meeting

documents you seek to obtain, could you please provide us with more
detailed information, such as dates or periods of the documents?

interested in are related to the investment part of the Energy Charter
Treaty.

I would like to request that the lists cover the period from 1st of January 2016 to 22nd of May 2017.
I would also like to request that the lists cover all correspondence and meetings by DG trade with the Energy Charter Secretariat and the Legal Advisory Committee of the Energy Charter Treaty, including, but not limited to, those relating to the investment part of the Energy Charter Treaty.

Your application is currently being handled. However, due to the heavy
workload on a large number of requests, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15
