Correspondance between DG Home Affairs and industries
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All documents - including but not limited- to agendas, correspondances, minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, e-mails, memos and presentations - related to the meetings between DG Migration and Home Affairs and the following companies' representatives and/or intermediaries for these companies: Airbus, Analyticon Instruments, Babel Street, BIM e-Solutions, Blue Wolf, Cellebrite, Cognitec, DefSecIntel Solutions, Elbit Sytems, Foster + Freeman, Genasys, Geospace, Ground Controls, Intellexa, NSO, Palantir, Sens-Or Solution, Seraphim Optronics, Sirius Insights, Smart Shooter, Thales.
Here are some key-words of the topics I would like to receive elements on :
FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe, EUROSUR, Frontex, Interoperability, GMES, Copernicus, Border Management, Biometrics, EES, ETIAS, Eurodac, ESP, RPAS, HAPS, EMSA, European Defence Fund, Pact on Migration and Asylum.
Furthermore, not in relation to any specific keyword, my request covers also any meetings and e-mails between representatives of the companies in the scope of my request and the high-level officials of DG Home, i.e.:
- previous and current commissionners
- previous and current members of previous and current Commissionners' cabinets
- previous and current directors-general and deputy directors-general

Dear Sir,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered under case number EASE 2026/0148.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request as the application concerns extensive search in multiple
databases and consultation of different Services.
We will not be able to send you the reply within the prescribed time
limit expiring on 28/01/2026.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 18/02/2026.
