Thank you for your request for access to documents, which the EEAS has examined in the 
framework of Regulation (EC) No 1049/20011.  
 
Following  your  request,  we  have  searched  for  “correspondence  between  the  EU  and 
Switzerland  regarding  the  "Begrenzungsinitiative"  ("limitation  initiative")”  in  the  EEAS 
filing  systems  and  document  management  databases.  In  addition,  we  have  also  asked  the 
EEAS relevant division to search for such documents. 
However, I regret to inform you that the EEAS does not hold any document matching your 
request.
