Correspondence between Veolia and DG Agriculture

Nicolas Ce made this access to documents request to Agriculture and Rural Development Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Agriculture and Rural Development did not have the information requested.

Dear DG Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Correspondence (including, but not limited to, emails, text messages and postal letters) between Veolia and staff/officials of DG Agri between Jan 2019-present.

2) All documents (including but not limited to minutes, participant lists, agenda, presentations) between Jan 2019-present relating to meetings and/or communications between Veolia and staff/officials of DG Environment,

I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, we prefer the documents in electronic format. If that wouldn't be possible, I would like to receive the documents at : [Personally Identifiable Information removed]

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.

Thank you for your assistance.

Nicolas Celnik

Dear Mr Celnik,

Thank you for your message. However, it is not entirely clear from your
request to whom you are sending the application.
We assume that since you addressed yourself to DG ENV, you would like to
have receive documents in relation with DG ENV and not DG AGRI?
These are two different DGs.
Could you please confirm?

Thank you in advance for your confirmation.
Best regards,
AGRI ATD Team
