Correspondence on air quality directive and pollution norms
Dear Environment,
1- All correspondence (including email, SMS, private twitter and WhatsApp) between representatives of DG Environment and representatives of ‘Concawe’ or with PR companies or law firms representing 'Concawe' in which the following regulations were discussed :
-Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2008 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe.
-Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and the Council on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe (recast), COM/2022/542final
-Commission Regulation (EU) No 459/2012 of 29 May 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 as regards emissions from light passenger and commercial vehicles (Euro 6) Text with EEA relevance
-Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on type-approval of motor vehicles and engines and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, with respect to their emissions and battery durability (Euro 7) and repealing Regulations (EC) No 715/2007 and (EC) No 595/2009
2- All briefings, minutes of meetings, and correspondence between representatives of DG Environment and representatives of ‘Concawe’ or with PR companies or law firms representing Concawe in which the regulations mentioned above were discussed.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.
To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format but if that is not possible please use the following postal address:

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
