Correspondence with Irish government regarding wastewater directive

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All correspondence between the directorate and the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government (Ireland) regarding the implementation of the wastewater directive on the use of septic tanks (75/442/EEC) and Ireland's implementation of same, and the associate case at the European Court of Justice (case number C-374/11) from May 2007 until the present.
