WEBINAR: PROTECTING VULNERABLE
POPULATIONS FROM COVID-19
TBC December 2020, TBC – TBC CET, BRUSSELS TIME
The COVID 19 pandemic is an unprecedented challenge to our societies that touches every citizen in
one way or another but that puts the most vulnerable among us at even greater risk. People with no or
low incomes, the unemployed, people with disabilities and those in precarious situations including the
homeless, migrants and refugees are particularly vulnerable. It is hard to assess the overall impact
during an ongoing crisis, but it is evident that we need to continue to take immediate action, drawing
on lessons learnt and addressing issues as they continue to present themselves. The objective of this
webinar is to share positive experiences and actions that work and to learn from each other so that the
most vulnerable in our communities can benefit – now and in the future - from real solutions.
