Dear all, 
 
Please find attached an MSF letter addressed to Commissioner Kyriakides and Commissioner Lenarēiē. 
We are requesting European governments and the EU Commission to commit setting aside doses of the 
advanced purchased COVID-19 vaccines for humanitarian contexts, as and when they start being 
delivered. We have shared a similar letter with European governments.
