We are organising in the second week of December a webinar on “protecting vulnerable populations 
from COVID-19” were we would invite mainly non-governmental organisations  to present their 
concrete actions in supporting these groups under the current circumstances. See attached  draft 
programme. 
For example, MSF plan to set up a Covid-19 center for migrants and other people living in streets of 
Brussels who are infected with COVID-19 – planned to be opened next week.   
Would it be possible for let us know if our Commissioner would be interested to open the event and 
give the key note speech? If so, could you suggest a date and time in the 2nd week of December.
