I would like to remind you that the period of implementation of the Action 7.1.1-0014-TR-S-M-15 will 
end on 31/07/2017 in accordance with Article 2.2 of the Grant Agreement (GA). 
 
The final report must be submitted by 31/07/2018 (12 months after the end date as specified in Article 
II.23.2.2). 
 
In order proceed with the final payment in a timely manner, it would be helpful to receive your final 
report well in advance of the abovementioned 12 months deadline. 
 
To support the preparation of these documents, please note:
