Court-order fines member states 2022 update
Dear Madam, Sir,
On 31 January 2022, I requested the DG Budget Access to Documents team 'All data on the total amount of fines paid per member state per infringement, for the period from 1 January 2012 until 1 January 2022.'
The BUDG Fines Team kindly compiled this information (see Ares(2022)716399 and Ares(2022)1135821 and Ares(2022)1362925) and provided them in Excel format.
I would like to kindly request an updated version of this .xlsx document, with the available data from 2022 until present included.

Reply sent 17/11/2022 (initially not received): "As no new judgements on infringements were delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Union since 16 February 2022 and no infringement cases were closed in that period, we regret to inform you that the Commission does not hold any documents that would correspond to your request. "
